Many details to be done (freakity freakin' gathering that I need to redo, having screwed it up the first time, plus a neckband and zipper), but look! It's undeniably dress shaped.Actually, I think it's destined to be a top because I haven't even hemmed it yet.

ReplyDeleteThe top of it will be completely different when I finish, as I realized what I did wrong (I'm modifying the pattern so I need to figure out how things go together in my new scenario; yes, I'm doing my first grownup project and kind of winging it at the same time; it bodes well for the finished project).
It's an interesting learning experience and kind of fun, like figuring out a puzzle. ; - )
