i hope that when the poor rise up to crush our nation's plutocrats they will remember to burn michael lewis's house to the ground. i'll remind them in case they forget.
And in a sad statement on our times that you can't tell the difference anymore, this is actually satire. Which I would never have known if I hadn't been told upfront.
